I work creatively and with flexibility; with a focus on you and your needs.
I work with Individuals and Couples.
As an integrated therapist my approach incorporates a range of modalities: Existential, Person Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT - blended and carefully applied for the clients needs. I also work with trauma and the body. My style is relational and dynamic, I value the client's agency and reflection in the process as we work together.
I have completed training with Dr Gabor Mate in 'Compassionate Inquiry'. An trauma informed approach.
I have experience working within a range of settings, with adults and young people, with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement and the menopause.
I welcome neurodiversity in all forms. I welcome LGBTQI. as a queer ally. I welcome alternative lifestyles and relationships.
I work with couples in all aspects of relating and couples therapy.
I have worked at: Camden Carers, LGTBQ Switchboard, The Brit School, MindOut and Counselling Plus Community, The Palmeira Practice and Brighton Therapy Centre.
I have worked in education for over 30 years, I am a teacher of Psychology. I also teach Level 3 Counselling.
Qualifications: MA (hons) Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, The University of Roehampton 2018.
BA (hons) Psychology and Art University of Wales 1992, MA Fine Art, University of Wales 1996, Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) University Of Cardiff 1998.
I am a member of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I ascribe to their code of Ethics.
I am based in Eastbourne and Brighton. I work from a clinic or offer online sessions.

Life Coaching Session
Get the Most out of Life
This service is a favourite among many of my clients - offering keys and tools to a happier, healthier life. My job is to share with you techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. After several sessions, you will become well-versed in handling issues whenever and wherever they arise. I work face to face and over Skype. Sessions are on a sliding scale between £50 and £70.
Counselling Session

Life throws many surprises at us and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can assert our freedom in how we respond. With counselling sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to offer a greater range of responses, whatever life may present - with courage and heart.
Sessions: £50 - £70 for individuals and £60 - £100 for couples.
