I work creatively and with flexibility ,with a focus on you, the client and your needs.
As an integrated therapist my approach incorporates a range of modalities: CBT, Humanistic and Psychodynamic blended and integrated for the client.
I have recently completed my training with Dr Gabor Mate in 'Compassionate Inquiry'.
I have experience working within a range of settings, clinical and private practice: with adults and young people - and with a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement and menopause.
I have experience working with gender and sexuality and welcome LGBTQI.
I work with couples in all aspects of relationship and couples therapy.
I have worked as a Psychotherapist at: Camden Carers, LGTBQ Switchboard, The Brit School, MindOut and Counselling Plus Community, The Palmeira Practice and Brighton Therapy Centre.
I have worked in education for over 25 years, I am a teacher of Psychology.
Qualifications: MA (hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, The University of Roehampton 2018.
BA hons in Psychology and Art University of Wales 1992, an MA Fine Art University of Wales 1996, Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) University Of Cardiff 1998.
I am a member of The National Counselling Society (NCS) and British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I ascribe to their code of Ethics.
I am based in Eastbourne/Lewes. I work from a practice clinic or offer Skype online sessions.
