Life throws many surprises at us and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can assert our freedom in how we respond. With counselling sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to offer a greater range of responses, whatever life may present - with courage and heart.
Sessions are charged on a sliding-scale between £55 - £75 for individuals and £85 - £125 for couples.
